Checkout must know where the kit can actually ship.

SteelThumb keeps paid checkout disabled until Grow Kit, SeedPort, and PlotTags each have package dimensions, packed weight, carrier assumptions, first shipping region, handling time, return-shipping rule, and tax handling recorded.
