SteelThumb keeps products off paid and external sales channels until listing copy, product photos, price state, shipping state, policy links, claim review, quantity caps, and rollback owners are approved.

Required listing controls
- Approved title, SKU, version, included parts, and exclusions
- Final product photos, packaging photos, price state, shipping state, and policy links
- Allowed-claims review for yield, safety, outdoor, food-adjacent, certification, availability, and shipping language
- Channel owner, live checkout setting, quantity cap, and rollback owner
Checkout and listing blocker
- No Stripe Payment Link until the listing checklist approves the SKU
- No marketplace listing while the launch decision remains hold
- No available-now, ships-in, yield, food-safe, waterproof, or certification claim without matching evidence
Draft listing copy
Product titles, listing summaries, bullets, blocked claims, and specimen targets are tracked separately from paid listing approval.
